What the 90 days are for
This is not a perfect-meal contest. It is a coached practice period for choosing anchors, building plates, spotting patterns, and making useful adjustments without starting over.
Understand macros, choose realistic protein anchors, and build balanced plates from familiar foods.
Notice hunger, energy, routines, and meal patterns without turning tracking into a grade.
Make small changes, handle imperfect weeks, and build a personal maintenance rhythm.
Bring real meals, questions, and sticking points to a guided group coaching session.
Use simple weekly reflections to keep momentum visible without obsessing over daily perfection.
Share questions and small wins with the cohort between calls in a beginner-friendly environment.
Fit matters
Clear coaching scope
Coaching focuses on education, habits, meal-building skills, and accountability. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
If you need medical nutrition therapy, eating-disorder support, or condition-specific planning, work with an RD/RDN or licensed healthcare provider.
