This policy explains what information Macro Counting for Beginners collects, why we use it, the services that help us operate, and the choices available to you.

- Purchases, subscription status, Stripe customer references, payment status, refunds, and billing history. Card details are entered with Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Program enrollment, progress, workbook activity, custom plans, revision requests, coaching attendance, submitted questions, and communications.
- Consent acknowledgements, security and audit records, device and browser information, error logs, and activity needed to protect and operate the service.
- Optional analytics and advertising events through Meta Pixel only after you allow optional tracking.
How we use information
We use information to deliver purchases and programs, manage access, personalize coaching and plans, respond to requests, send service messages, process and document payments, prevent misuse, maintain records, troubleshoot failures, meet legal obligations, and improve our offerings. We use optional advertising measurement only with your consent.
Services and disclosures
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that help us operate, including Stripe for payments, Firebase and Google Cloud for accounts and data, Resend for email, Daily.co for coaching rooms and recordings, Meta for consented advertising measurement, and our website hosting and security providers. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define consented advertising disclosures more broadly. You may decline or withdraw optional tracking at any time through .
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain financial and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, protected storage, encryption in transit, monitoring, and audit records, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using its link; service and transaction messages may still be required. Browser privacy signals are honored where supported, and optional Meta tracking remains off unless you affirmatively allow it.

Our paid services are intended for adults age 18 and older and are not directed to children. Our services are operated from the United States; information may be processed in locations where our providers operate. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
