Website and program agreement
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026
By using this site, creating an account, or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Health Disclaimer.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred unless we approve it in writing.
Educational services
Our lessons, workbooks, downloads, custom macro planning, communities, and coaching are educational wellness services. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or medical nutrition therapy. Review the Health Disclaimer before acting on information.
Purchases, subscriptions, and access
Prices and the billing frequency shown at checkout control your purchase. Recurring memberships renew until cancelled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected method. Access may begin immediately after successful payment and may end when a term expires, a subscription is cancelled, payment fails, or these Terms are violated. Refund and cancellation rules are stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Custom plans and coaching
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate intake information and communicating allergies, medical restrictions, pregnancy, medications, eating-disorder history, or other concerns to an appropriately licensed professional. Revision rounds, delivery timing, session eligibility, recordings, and access periods follow the offer shown at purchase or the written program description.
License and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own educational use during the applicable access period. Our content, branding, plans, downloads, recordings, methods, and site design remain protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, scrape, upload to shared repositories, or use the materials to train an automated system without written permission.
Your submissions and conduct
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to use it as needed to provide and administer the requested service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or misuse another member’s information.
Availability and third parties
We may update content, schedules, coaches, features, or providers while preserving the core value of a paid offering. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Stripe, Daily.co, email, hosting, and other third-party services have separate terms and may experience interruptions outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, unlawful conduct, or a material breach. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, limitations, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Results vary, and we do not guarantee weight, health, financial, or other outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macro Counting for Beginners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Material changes apply prospectively where required. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Questions may be submitted through Contact & Support or to jwlevia@gmail.com.
Business note: These terms should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for the business’s legal name, address, governing law, and any state-specific requirements before final launch.
